Unimpressed

Downloaded the app and it seemed pretty good. But i received receipts that showed i had been charged three times for it. Emailed support three times and heard nothing back. Then after a few weeks everything disappeared - all appts, all lists, everything. Four attempts to get support and they ignored them. I have given up, deleted the app and guess Im out three time the original price. Very disappointed
