Wasted my money!

I purchased the bells and whistles. Wasted hours putting in my entire calendar. When I set my childrens pick up times and selected "weekly" for the event alarms- they did not set the alarms. The second week the alarms did not go off, when I checked the info I spent hours inputting was gone! Waste of time and money!!!
