Where is the Recipe feature? :(

I paid $7 for this app, and as soon as I paid, the recipe feature disappeared. When I was browsing the app before buying it, there was a "Recipe and Shopping List" section. I thought this would be useful. I paid for what I thought would be access to what was advertised, but now there is only "Shopping List" as an option, and no Recipe finder and organizer. There are many other issues with this app. Nothing is intuitive or makes sense. Im really annoyed that I cant find a way to get technical support, or at the very least, a refund. Dont waste your $.
